Harrier GR3 1:72 Airfix by Pete Domm

 

1/72 scale Airfix GR3 Harrier just before flying off to join HMS Hermes for Op Corporate, Falklands War, 1982. Figures are from the Italeri NATO Pilots and ground crew box set. The ladder is from Flight Line, with hand rails add using brass wire, and the rungs beefed out with Plastic Card, Evergreen. Base self made with sanding paper for the concrete. Painting was done with Vallejo and Humbrol colours.
